Warranty policy
chamvaoxanh.vn always commits to deliver to customers 100% new products, in the best condition, intact and exactly as ordered. Cases of return and refund will be considered as follows:
– Defective products, wrong product type, missing products compared to the order placed.
– Damaged products
Return period: Within 10 days.
Regulations on notification and sending of returned products
– Return notification period: within 24 hours from receipt of the product in case of defective or damaged products
– Return delivery period: within 14 days from receipt of the product.
Customers can send by post or bring the product directly to:

Cases for return:
- The product has technical errors, manufacturer’s damage.
- The product has expired or shows signs of being used.
- Defects in delivery of missing or broken goods before reaching the customer
- Delivering the wrong product
- Conditions for exchange and return
- The product is intact, with full packaging, box, foam, user manual (if any)
- Order confirmation notice, VAT invoice (if any)
- The product is not scratched, cracked, wet, contaminated with chemicals, or repaired
- The product has no signs of use (in case of delivering the wrong product)
Note, in case of product return due to dissatisfaction:
- chamvaoxanh.vn will not refund the original shipping fee and any discount/promotion codes (if any).
- Not applicable to products in the non-returnable category.
- In case the product has exceeded the return period, chamvaoxanh.vn will guide and support the processing.
- In case the product to be exchanged is out of stock, chamvaoxanh.vn will refund without any requirements in this case.
- No returns or exchanges are accepted for online vouchers or promotional products.
Refund time and method:
Transfer within 9-12 working days from the time the customer receives the returned goods or receives feedback.
In case the above time has passed but you have not received a refund, please contact the bank directly for support or contact Cham Vao Xanh via:

Product exchange/return process:
Step 1: Customers contact the hotline 098 112 17 05 (8:00-17:00) or email: chamvaoxanh@gmail.com for instructions on how to exchange/return the product. (If the product/order meets the conditions for return). Please fill in or prepare the following information:
– Order number;
– Product name;
– Reason for return, product defect if any (detailed description and photo attached);
– Need for support: exchange/return.
Step 2: Within 03 days after notification, the Customer sends the product or goods by post or brings them directly to Cham Vao Xanh at the above address. Please attach:
– Sales invoice and Value Added Tax invoice (if any);
– Promotional gifts (if any).
Step 3: Cham Vao Xanh receives the product and checks the product.
Step 4: Cham Vao Xanh notifies the Customer about the status of the return request.
Step 5: The Customer receives a replacement product or a refund.
